Braconnage du rhinocéros unicorne
Les rhinocéros unicornes sont menacés. Dans le Parc national de Bardia au Népal, notre correspond a découvert un second rhinocéros tué pour sa corne, à peine quelques semaines après le premier braconnage dont il avait déjà été témoin. Contrairement au premier meurtre (les autorités du parc l’ayant interdit de faire des photos), il était le premier sur place, et a pu réaliser de nombreux clichés pour dénoncer cette honteuse exploitation.
